Saturday, March 1, 9 am – 5 pm Saturday sessions (see below) available for $15 workshop fee, should you wish to attend but not receive course credit.

It isn’t easy growing up as an Asian-American adolescent; they are often torn between two cultures.
Topics Include:
-Growing up Asian American in America
-Kathy Khang is an InterVarsity Area Director for Northwestern University and co-authored the book More than Serving Tea (InterVarsity Press, 2007).
-Youth Ministry in a Multi-cultural and Asian American Church
Jennifer Bradbury is a youth pastor at Lakeview Church – a multi-ethnic church plant (predominantly Asian) sponsored by an Asian American Presbyterian Church in the suburbs of Chicago.
-Pastoring in the Asian American Church
Dr. Henry Kim is a sociologist at Wheaton College and has approximately 14 yrs of experience serving in the Asian American church as a senior pastor and church planter.
-Sociological issues facing the Asian American Community in United States
Soong-Chan Rah is the Milton B. Engebretson Assistant Professor of Church Growth and Evangelism at North Park Theological Seminary. He has years of urban church planting experience in the Boston and Washington D.C. areas, and has a passion for raising up healthy leaders in the Asian-American and multi-cultural church.
